These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gpu4startups.com and related pages operated under the Startup GPU Systems brand (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Site Purpose
The Site provides information about dedicated GPU capacity and allows qualified businesses to request availability and pricing. Site content is for general informational purposes. Submitting a form does not reserve capacity, create a customer relationship, or obligate either party to enter into a transaction.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the company or organization identified in your request. Startup pricing may require qualification and verification. We may accept or decline any inquiry at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
3. Pricing, Availability, and Quotes
All displayed prices are starting points or estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. GPU inventory, configuration, region, start date, contract term, taxes, fees, and other requirements may affect final pricing. Availability changes and is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. A quote is not binding unless it is incorporated into a written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by the applicable parties.
4. Services and Customer Agreements
Any GPU rental, hosting, support, or related service will be governed by a separate written order, master service agreement, acceptable-use policy, or other customer agreement. If those documents conflict with these Terms regarding paid services, the applicable customer agreement controls.
5. Acceptable Use of the Site
You may not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the Site in a manner that degrades service, impersonate another person or company, submit false information, or use the Site in violation of law or third-party rights.
6. Communications
When you submit an inquiry, you authorize us to respond using the contact information you provide, including by telephone or email. Marketing text messages will be sent only where the required consent has been provided. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, branding, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for your internal business evaluation. No other license is granted.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR GPU CAPACITY OR PRICE WILL BE AVAILABLE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. ANY LIABILITY RELATING TO PAID SERVICES IS GOVERNED BY THE APPLICABLE CUSTOMER AGREEMENT.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Changes
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted, unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
